Born and raised in Mumbai, Aditi has done her MBA in HR. She moved to Dubai in 2006, and started her career as the Senior HR Recruitment Specialist at a leading brokerage firm. She joined Banke in 2013 as Head of the HR Division. Within a few years, she proved her mettle and became the Head of Operations at Banke. In her current role, Aditi oversees the CRM, Marketing, HR and Administration Departments. She strives passionately to streamline the
functionality of each department and achieve seamless operation between the departments.

Aditi loves to travel and explore different destinations, meet new people and try unique cuisines.
